Who will fit my carpet / vinyl?

All orders are fitted by Keith, the boss. He has over 40 years expertise in the industry and will do everything to ensure your 100% satisfaction.

How soon can you fit my carpet?

Carpets / vinyl ordered are usually supplied and available for fitting within 48 hours.

How does your appointment only system work?

Jaguar Home Carpeting are online based only, this means we don’t have a shop on the high street you can visit, but you can call us if you prefer. Part of what makes us unique is that we will come and visit you with carpet / vinyl samples for you to choose from. It’s not like a cold call at all we are very much against pressure sale techniques.

Do you charge for estimates?

All estimates are completely free of charge and you have no obligation to purchase anything.

Can I keep the carpet samples to decide in my own time?

Absolutely.

I am unable to move furniture out of the room on my own will you help me move it?

9 times out of 10 we are able to move furniture for you, although we ask if you are physically able to move as much of your things out of the room as possible. This helps save a lot of time when fitting your new carpet.
